DDA 2005 The DDA 2005 ended the exemption under the act for all private clubs, So From 6th December 2005 all private clubs have to look at their obligations under the act and start to implement changes which other service providers had been doing since 1994. It also included Cancer Patients from the date of diagnoses and other illnesses like ME and HIV.
