1.3. No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and Access2All.co.uk until Access2All.co.uk dispatches the product(s) ordered. We will confirm that the product(s) have been dispatched by a confirmation email. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Access2All.co.uk of your offer to buy goods from Access2All.co.uk. 1.4. You agree that e-mail is an acceptable means of contact. 1.5. The e-mail confirming your purchase will contain all information relevant to the sale. 1.6. The e-mail confirming your purchase will also contain a link to our terms and conditions. We advise that you view these terms and conditions as they are subject to change without prior notice in accordance with section 2.1 of these terms and conditions. 1.7. Please keep a copy of your purchase confirmation e-mail and quote the reference number in any correspondence. 1.8. You confirm that all details provided during purchase are correct and that your payment account has sufficient funds to pay for the goods. 2.2. All delivery costs are included in the price for UK Mainland addresses. Please contact us for all delivery charges off the UK Mainland or for international delivery. Access2All will deliver internationally; however, it is up to the purchaser to check import laws. Access2All.co.uk is not liable for any non delivery off the UK Mainland. 2.3. All items must be delivered, collection in person is not an option. 2.4. Terms of Sale Once purchase form has been submitted, the sale becomes legally binding and payment is expected within 7 working days. Items will not be dispatched until all monies have cleared in full. 2.5. Returns All items are un-exchangeable and un-returnable unless it is deemed that Acess2All are at fault. 2.6. Faulty // Damaged Goods All of our items are dispatched in perfect condition. If the item is faulty, please contact us by e-mail or phone. Our contact details can be found on the Contact Us page. If we deem the fault to be our responsibility, we will replace the item without charge. Similarly, if the item is damaged in transit, please contact us and we will replace the item for you. You will need to return the original package for inspection. Once we have received the item and checked it for damage, we will then dispatch a new item for you free of charge. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay return postage to Access2All. 2.7. Force Majeure We will not be liable to you for any lack of performance, or the unavailability or failure, of this website or any of our products or services, or for any failure or delay by us to comply with these Terms and Conditions, where such lack, unavailability or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control. |
